Just to let you know that, we keep our stocks in Turkey at this time, which means that we will fulfill your orders from Turkey to your location.
Other artisan products shipping times will vary depending on its craftsman's scheadule. If you have multiple products in your shopping bag with different delivery times, your complete order will be delivered according to the item with the latest delivery date. Please note that delivery time is counted as business days, and we cannot make shipments and deliveries on UK's or Turkey's national holidays.
Please be aware that even though we ship DDP (delivery duty paid) to all destinations, all international packages may be subject to local duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you check your local customs website for estimated costs before purchasing.
Once custom officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, if the package is refused by the consignee (if you refuse to pay the duties and taxes) and the package is then returned back to us a refund will be processed excluding any shipping or additional costs.
If the customs taxes are not paid for by the consignee and the package is returned back to us there may be a return shipping charge associated with this and a further import fee back into Turkey, if they are to charge us the customs fees, taxes and return shipping fee this will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid...
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from ALTAR, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return your items to us (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund.
Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for return.
Our 14-day return policy means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to ship back your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to add the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with the order number and reason of your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
